As part of our ongoing commitment to empowering boys and men, we’re thrilled to relaunch our platform as a space for conversation, inspiration, and growth. Our mission has always been to offer opportunities for personal development, workforce readiness, and entrepreneurship education through strategic partnerships with community organizations. With this relaunch, we’re excited to share our expanded vision and highlight the renewed impact we’re making in the lives of those we serve.
The Journey So Far
Since our founding in 2017, MOTG has been dedicated to nurturing boys and men into confident, socially responsible, and financially aware leaders. Through our efforts, we’ve supported participants in building essential life skills and creating pathways to success. Today, we’re proud to continue that journey by offering interactive workshops, career development programs, and entrepreneurship education to help young men reach their full potential.
Our Expanded Vision
Our vision is clear: to cultivate confident, socially, and financially aware individuals who are prepared for life's challenges and actively contribute to their communities. We’ve redefined our programming to serve both middle and high school boys as well as young men in transition to adulthood. In the near future, we’ll be expanding our initiatives to include support for fathers as part of our holistic approach. This ensures that every boy and man we work with — regardless of his background — has the opportunity to unlock his full potential.

With the relaunch of our blog and website, we’re introducing exciting new features to better serve our community:
Interactive Workshops: Our workshops are now more flexible and customizable, allowing partner organizations to choose the topics that best fit the needs of their young men.
Scholarships: We’re resuming our scholarship program for men attending college or vocational school, open to all applicants, with over $45,000 awarded to date.
Expanded Blog Categories: From Personal Growth & Development to Trailblazers & Changemakers, our new blog categories ensure that we cover the topics that matter most to our community.
Uplifting Communities: We’re sharing stories of how our partnerships are making a difference and showcasing the positive impact of mentors on the lives of boys and young men.
